Via I-95 South

1. Take I-95 South toward Jacksonville.

2. Take Exit 362A to merge onto I-295 East Beltway toward Blount Island / Dames Point Bridge.

3. Continue on I-295 and cross the Dames Point Bridge.

4. Exit at FL-10 East / Atlantic Blvd (Exit 48) toward Beaches.

5. Follow Atlantic Blvd for about 8 miles east.

6. Turn left on 3rd Street (A1A).

7. Turn right on 14th Ave N — the property will be at 329 14th Ave N.

Via US-1 or I-95 North

1. Take I-95 North toward Jacksonville.

2. Take Exit 337 for I-295 East Beltway toward Blount Island / Beaches.

3. Take Exit 48 for FL-10 East / Atlantic Blvd.

4. Head east on Atlantic Blvd for about 8 miles.

5. Turn left on 3rd Street (A1A).

6. Turn right on 14th Ave N — the property is at 329 14th Ave N.

2. Continue on Atlantic Blvd for approximately 8 miles.

3. Turn left on 3rd Street (A1A).
